- Any item returned 30 days after the date of purchase will be shipped back to the client without a refund.
- All sales of items on clearance are final.
- Every item must be returned in its original packaging with all of the accessories it came with in good/clean condition.
- A copy of the invoice and a description of the issue must be included with every return. On the back of the invoice, please specify the product(s) being returned and provide a detailed explanation of the reason for the return.
- Shipment errors must be reported within five (5) days of the invoice date.
